We had a small bathroom that had not been updated in decades - so getting a good new design and fit was super important. The website gave us a good indication of the kind of work they do so after various comparisons we had a consultation and design work which we loved. Imman at the office guided us through options and arranged the work. Because it was a complete refit we had everyone from plasterers, tilers, electricians project manager and all of them were excellent. We were worried about not having a bathroom for several weeks but they did a great job in as quick a time as possible. Several months in and we still feel like we are on holiday every time we use it. I cannot recommend the Brighton Bathroom Company highly enough. From first enquiry to final installation and completion they have been incredibly professional, helpful, solution-focused and visionary. I had a bathroom renovation and reconfiguration in my mind but I wasn’t sure what I could do with the space that was available. I was also worried that there might be some additional work needing to be done to replace my old bathroom in a very old house. The Brighton Bathroom Company spent time explaining the process of how the design and installation would happen and were able to answer all my questions. I spent a wonderful meeting with the designer where she asked lots of questions about what I wanted and what I did not want in my bathroom, including any details about fixtures or features that I was particularly interested in. I was able to have a discussion about specific materials that might be used as well as colour schemes and things like lighting preferences, flooring and fixture details. Rosie asked lots of intelligent questions and I felt confident that she would come up with a fantastic design. When I went to the showroom to see the final proposed design and the suggested materials I really couldn’t believe it - the design was absolutely stupendous. Not only was it spot-on in terms of the fixtures and features that I wanted to see but the colour scheme and materials chosen proposed by Rosie were absolutely fantastic - luxurious, modern but in keeping with the feel of the house. I was really emotional to see that not only was my dream bathroom feasible but in fact it would exceed all my expectations.
