Our comprehensive design service

The design process usually begins at our design studio in Mid-Sussex, where you may like to take inspiration from our showroom. For your convenience, we are more than happy to see you at your home if you prefer and we are, of course, taking extra precautions at this time to help ensure the safety & wellbeing of both our clients and staff. During our initial meetings, we’ll spend time carefully listening and getting to know your brief & requirements to make sure we deliver an innovative design that is uniquely tailored to you. Our award-winning designers will consider all of your ideas and practical needs to create a luxury bathroom design for you which is, in every way, uncompromising.

During the design process, we’ll visit your home to carry out a detailed technical survey which we can then combine with your brief to create a unique, initial bathroom design. You’ll then be invited to our studio for a presentation of the CAD design and we’ll go through the finer details including our luxury bathroom product and fitting recommendations.

We want you to be completely happy with the proposed design, so we’ll go over our work with you and make sure you are satisfied with every detail of your bespoke bathroom design before we move on to the next stage. When you are happy to proceed, we’ll arrange for the installation to begin as part of our fully managed service. Alternatively, if you have your own builder or bathroom installer, we can pass on the design specifications to them.
