We had a small bathroom that had not been updated in decades - so getting a good new design and fit was super important. The website gave us a good indication of the kind of work they do so after various comparisons we had a consultation and design work which we loved. Imman at the office guided us through options and arranged the work. Because it was a complete refit we had everyone from plasterers, tilers, electricians project manager and all of them were excellent. We were worried about not having a bathroom for several weeks but they did a great job in as quick a time as possible. Several months in and we still feel like we are on holiday every time we use it. Helen and Peter did a brilliant job of guiding us through the design stage of our bathroom project and the visualisations really brought the ideas to life. They made the whole process very easy from start to finish. The key elements for us were; the session with them to go through their proposals with a chance to view some of the fixtures at their studio, the ability to lock in prices for materials and store at their site prior to the builders starting work, selection of top quality materials which the builders and us really appreciated, and sourcing excellent local builders who could be trusted to 'get on with it' and were able to accommodate some other plumbing work in the overall project. Helen was accessible at all stages of the project and undertook several site visits to ensure all was progressing. We would not hesitate to recommend and would very happily use TBBC again.

I didn’t know where to start with re-designing our bathroom space, but her expertise and design is second to none. From our first design meeting, to the installation, to the handover communication has been excellent. The installation team are friendly, conscientious, hard working and trustworthy- I was very happy to go out and leave them all to it! Any unexpected issues (with our ancient plumbing and electrics!) were met with an unflappable can do attitude, and were sorted with absolutely no fuss. The install team are all masters of their trades - and as such, with Helen’s design we have the most beautiful bathroom. Thank you!

Extremely professional, friendly and courteous service, every step was explained in detail ahead of time and the process of designing and arranging installation of our bathroom was hassle free and quick. We had just moved house and been through an extremely stressful year and it was a relief to know that our first project was going to run smoothly. The finished bathroom looks fantastic and has been very well fitted, we are so happy with it and would not hesitate to recommend this company- hopefully we will use them for our kitchen when we get around to replacing that!
